The Desire to Sell, The Ability to Upsell, Closing Skills, Negotiating Skills, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Ability to work well with others, Relationship Building Skills, Understands competitive products and services, Computer Skills including Microsoft Office. A plus if you know the software programs Telemagic and Direct Commerce.
