I enjoyed the videos much more than the textual version of Gleim instrument prep. It was easier for my learning style and easier to stay organized

The Commercial Practical Exam course shows a thorough example of an exam. The visuals are a bit lacking compared to the written test prep videos. This could almost be in audiobook format because the videos don’t bring a whole lot to the table as far as context. But, it’s a great example of what to expect on exam day.

As the King’s say, it’s not about memorizing the answers. It’s about learning the material and this course has greatly helped. With the FAA revision on the written exams, there were very few questions as previous years that were similar to practice exams. Focusing on the concepts and how John and Martha taught the material helped me grasp a better understanding and hands down prepared me for the test.

I used King schools for my private, IFR, and commercial was able to pass all 3 thank you.

Easy to follow

I've used the King Schools study courses from PPL through Commercial so far, and they really help.  John, Martha and the other instructors will explain the sometimes otherwise mundane concepts (such as everyone's favorite...the FARs)  in an entertaining, witty and informative way.  I'd recommend King Schools to anyone who is venturing out on their aviation journey.

I completed the written portion a year ago, but never went further.  I retook the written portion this year and greatly appreciated the updated videos.  I am now ready for my check ride in 3 days.  Of the online courses I have been exposed to, King is the best.  The great thing about King is you can take it again and again to refresh and continue learning even after you pass.
