FedEx International — The fastest shipping method with tracking. Delivery times vary by destination and Customs processing.
- Customers are responsible for import duties/ taxes and are not included in the shipping charges.
- Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and US possessions.
- UPS and FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. If you do not have a deliverable street address and must use a PO Box or APO, you must use the Priority Mail shipping method. Please be aware that Priority Mail shipping times vary.

- The course will be deleted from your iLearn account.
Physical Product, such as cockpit gear:
- Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-854-1001 for your Return Authorization Number (RMA). This number helps us quickly track the status of your return.
- Pack all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, discs and printed materials in their original packaging.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express or the United States Postal Service that is able to track shipments. Ship the package to:

- When we receive your return, we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed.
