Great course, clear language for easy understanding. Initial, refresh, no matter what level in aviation you have, this course is excelent!!!

A great creation of understanding and creating the desire for the new person to CRM to want to join in and enjoy a very valuableprocess in having a successful crew.

wish this course had video instruction.  Instead, you just read and answer questions.  The content was good, but due to just reading a few bullet items, it's shallow.  All probably look around for more in-depth instruction next time.
